A CAT A & B refurbishment of an existing office building in the centre of Bristol City Centre. This design looked to draw in design features from the surrounding floating harbour, giving the interior contextual history and placement on Welshback Road.
The interior features included archways to mimic the surrounding architecture, weathered and aged woods in the vinyl flooring, copper and rust effect materials to reflect the rusting on boats and metals along the harbour edge, all brought together with modern and wow factor pieces such as the large scale terrazzo tiling and portcullis shaped bar.
This design was awarded the prestigious Regional Award for projects under 1500m2 at the BCO Awards 2023.
