As part of an innovative regeneration project, I designed as part of a team, a dynamic cyber hub within an existing derelict building, transforming it into a vibrant community space.
The design incorporated reclaimed shipping containers, creating modular workspaces that foster collaboration and creativity. Internal double-height spaces were introduced to enhance openness, natural light, and spatial connectivity, ensuring a seamless blend of industrial character and modern functionality.
The project aimed to support local businesses, start-ups, and creatives by providing an inspiring and adaptable environment that encourages digital innovation and community engagement.
