Care for the Family

For the Care for the Family project in Newport, I provided interior design expertise to create a functional, welcoming, and inspiring environment that supports the organisation’s work.

My approach focused on optimising space, enhancing comfort, and reinforcing their ethos through thoughtful design choices. Key areas of focus included the auditorium, where I balanced aesthetics with acoustics to create an engaging event space; the green room, designed as a calm and comfortable retreat for speakers and performers; the visitor space, which was made inviting and accessible to enhance the experience for guests; the meeting rooms, designed for flexibility and collaboration; and the open-plan office, where layout and furnishings were carefully selected to promote productivity and well-being.

Every aspect of the design was tailored to ensure the space was both practical and inspiring for staff, visitors, and the wider community.
