A CAT A fitout of an existing commercial office building in Bristol, posed many challenges including existing water ingress, a 9-storey atrium, a variety of fire strategy issues and asbestos-riddled corners. In collaboration with Stride Treglown Architects, I successfully transformed the space into a contemporary office show suite, ready to receive new tenants.
This project was shortlisted for the Insider Awards 2022 for Refurbishment of the Year.
